4/8/11

Today I had:
No breakfast! :S
Lunch: 2 pieces of bacon without the fat, 2 sausages, 2 fried eggs and a homemad banana milkshake (choice b). Alll was fried in frilight. Milkshake was my healthy option. It had 2 bannana's and semi skimmed milk (250ml)
Tea: I had 2 apple pie's : 9 syns
Dinner: Lasagne with a mini baguette (healthy choice a) and four cupcakes. :S



Not a great first start. There is always tomorrow :D

Here We Go!!!

Yesterday was my official starting day!!!
I started Slimming World last night weighing in at 13:3. That figure worries me... I am obese at 16... not good. But hey we are here to loose that. I asked for my goal weight to be 8:7 but she said to do a goal a bit closer to start with so I asked for 10 stone. Here are some pictures of me at the moment. They were taken monday so they show my weight at current.
